Mac Hartley began his engineering career in 1975 with Morrison Knudsen Company after completing eight years on active duty with the U.S. Army. Mac is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY and received a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 1974.
