Ms. Neace is a candidate for the Master of Science in Water Resources at the University of Idaho. Her research is focused on river restoration, water quality, and surface/ground water interaction in the Southeastern Idaho area.

Mac Hartley began his engineering career in 1975 with Morrison Knudsen Company after completing eight years on active duty with the U.S. Army. Mac is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY and received a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 1974.
