Idaho Water Engineering LLC was founded in 2009 by David R. Tuthill, Jr.. Dave brings 33 years of experience from the Idaho Department of Water Resources including two years as Director. Mr. Hal N. Anderson joined Dave as a Managing Partner in 2010. Hal has 30 years of experience with the Idaho Department of Water Resources and the Idaho Water Resource Board. Since 1999 until his retirement in 2010, Mr. Anderson functioned as Executive Director for the Idaho Water Resource Board.
